MikroTik MUM 2011 in USA, Brazil and Argentina

We are pleased to announce our next User Meeting (MUM) schedule for rest of year 2011:

- Las Vegas, NV, USA: October 13-14
- Sao Paulo, Brazil: November 7-8
- Buenos Aires, Argentina: November 10-11

As usual, this is the best place to learn about new MikroTik products, see them in action, listen to professional presentations, take part in workshops, and meet other MikroTik users.

This time, MUMs will be more technical than ever! On the first day there will be two-hour hands-on workshops running in two classes. Workshops will include topics as:

- "RouterOS is simple"
This two-hour tutorial introduces RouterOS powerful features, an overview of the routerboard product line to help choose the best RouterBOARD for your setup, as well as explains MikroTik Network management options (Winbox, Webfig, Dude, etc.)

- "Traffic Management workshop"
This two-hour tutorial covers all traffic management features in RouterOS  (mangle, simple queues, queue tree, packet flow,  queue types, PCQ). Workshop will cover best practice examples with explanations and will note all the most popular misconceptions and mistakes.

- "Wireless/Nv2"
This two-hour tutorial covers most of the new RouterOS wireless features and possible setups. Workshop will cover different wireless configurations and troubleshooting options

- "MPLS"
This two-hour workshop covers main MPLS features in RouterOS (LDP, L2 and L3 VPNs, Traffic Engineering). It also covers MTU, L2MTU, MPLS MTU usage and new features for compatibility with CISCO routers.

One the second day, the general session will take place, with presentations by MikroTik Staff, Certified Consultants and Training Partners. Exhibit hall will be opened both days.
